Memory foam is not generic. Different weights (density) and manufacturing methods create a different feel and a different support. The lower the density the less “memory” in the foam. This means that the foam makes less of an impression when an individual changes positions on the foam. A “cheap” memory foam pad will tend to have a lower density. Memory Foam with a high density will remember each impression for a longer amount of time. This is not always so ideal, especially if an individual tends to move frequently when sleeping.
